On the 4th of June 2024 the ERA4Health 2nd Synergies Workshop occurred online. More than 40 people among E4H Partnership members, other European Partnerships and initiatives, regional and national authorities took part in this event, representing a successfull opportunity of exchange, mutual support and cooperation on common aspects and synergies identified by the Synergies Working Group (SWG).

The workshop has been introduced by Maria Cristina Nieto (ISCIII, ERA4Health Partnership Coordinator), Maria González (FICYT, E4H Synergies WP leader), Sara Cella (MUR, E4H Annual Synergies Workshops’ Responsible) and it has been moderated by Amanda Daly (HRB) and Hendrik De Ruyck (ILVO).

This second edition gives continuity to the work initiated last year and provided useful insights and constructive starting points on specific issues, like, among the others, the potential activities to support the researcher to bring their research further in the innovation chain, the integration of European research infrastructures in the consortia of the partnerships, other EU Partnerships’ common activities and challenges.

This fruitful discussion will carry on over the next months among the SWG members and will continue to build the path for concrete collaborations and lay the foundations for next year’s workshop.
